Robert Parker's Wine Advocate (Jeb Dunnuck, avril 2017): 89-91/100. The 2015 Saint Chinian Causse de Bousquet should end up being an outstanding wine. Made from 60% Syrah, 20% Grenache and the rest Mourvèdre and Carignan, its deep purple color is followed by ripe, perfumed notes of cassis, blueberries, leafy herbs and violets. With medium to full body, sweet tannin and loads of fruit, it should drink nicely right out of the gate and keep through 2023. Drink date 2018-2023.
