Bordet also produced an early-bottled cuvée of the 2018 Chablis Villages, a pretty, charming wine that bursts with aromas of peaches, apples and white flowers. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, delicately fleshy and lively, with a nicely defined finish. Later bottlings, once again, will likely possess more tension and texture. Drink date 2019-2026.
