Les Creisses is a red wine from Languedoc, all elegance, with silky tannins, made from old vines of 6 local grape varieties on gravel terraces that provide it with beautiful freshness. Already good and still marked by oak barrel aging in February 2026, the date of its release from the domaine, it will refine over the next 5 years.

This blend of gamay (for the fruitiness) and pinot noir (for the structure and elegance) is technically perfect. At this price, lovers of beautiful fresh discoveries "from behind the volcanoes" will not be disappointed! Bottled in May 2025, it deserves a few weeks of rest after this inevitable "shock" and especially (for the impatient tasters) a few hours...

The other "little" Côtes du Rhône from Stéphane Ogier, primarily Grenache to differ from the illustrious "Syrah d'Ogier". The quality-price ratio becomes indecent, but don't expect a light "little" Côtes du Rhône... This is truly a superb southern Rhône that can be kept for 5 years.
