Domaine Bonetto Fabrol is a small family estate nestled in the heart of the Rhône Valley, in Drôme provençale.
Philippe Bonetto Fabrol takes the utmost care of this exceptional estate created by his grandparents. Between fields of lavender and truffle fields, the winegrower cultivates his vines with a profound respect for the environment, following the lunar rhythm.
Wine production follows artisanal methods and biodynamic principles, underlining the domaine's commitment to quality and the authentic expression of terroir.
Located in La Garde Adhémar, near Grignan, a superb village steeped in history, Philippe Bonetto-Fabrol produces AOP Grignan-les-Adhémar and Côtes du Rhône or Vins de France wines.
The vineyards benefit from a Mediterranean climate caressed (and well dried in the case of humidity) by the Mistral, giving rise to grapes bursting with sugar, harvested at full maturity.
With grape varieties such as viognier, syrah, roussanne or grenache, the wines are distinguished by their expressive, fruity, round and/or spicy character.
