Commentaire sur cette cuvée : Infos Domaine: 9000 bouteilles produites. Assemblage 100% syrah de plusieurs parcelles sur 4 communes: Ardoix, Charnas, Malleval et Limony. Elles sont situées sur des sols granitiques, exposées sud/sud-est. Vinification: Vendanges manuelles, éraflage total, fermentation avec levures naturelles, 3 remontages par jour, puis macération à chaud environ 3 semaines. Fermentation malolactique en barriques. Elevage: 1 an en fûts de 1 à 5 vins.
