Commentaire sur cette cuvée : Infos Domaine: 1500 bouteilles produites. Sélection parcellaire d'une vigne 100% syrah en IGP de Limony. Sol granitique (granit orangé). Vinification: Vendanges manuelles, éraflage total, fermentation avec levures naturelles, 3 remontages par jour, puis macération à chaud environ 3 semaines. Fermentation malolactique en barriques. Elevage: 1 an en fûts de 1 à 5 vins.
