Commentaire sur cette cuvée : Infos Domaine: 4000 bouteilles produites. Assemblage de 2 parcelles situées sur les communes d'Ardoix (marsanne, 60%) et de Limony (roussanne, 40%). Vinification: vendanges manuelles, fermentation avec levures naturelles, en barriques, et contrôle des températures de 15 à 20 °C. Fermentation malolactique également en fûts. Elevage de 8 à 9 mois en barriques de 1 nà 5 vins.
