Based on the 2010 vintage and disgorged in June 2019 with 0.75 grams per liter dosage, the NV Extra-Brut Cuvée No. 738 Dégorgement Tardif opens in the glass with a pretty bouquet of dried white flowers, citrus oil, fresh bread and crisp orchard fruit. Medium-bodied, fine-boned and precise, it's delicate and charming, with a pinpoint mousse, lively acids and a mineral finish. Drink date 2020-2030.
