Robert Parker's Wine advocate (Jeb Dunnuck - avr. 2016) : From the Corbières (or close to) region and made from 100% Carignan, I found the 2012 IGP Aude Hauterive Piece de Roche to be outstanding. Aged 12 months on lees in Darnajou barrels, it offers lots of plums, sandalwood, spice and licorice in its medium-bodied, pretty, elegant style. The chewy tannin on the finish makes me think it's best not to push the aging curve, but it's well done and should keep for 4-5 years. 90/100
