    Good for cooking, far from the tasting commentary (Translated review)

    Dear Sir, we selected this atypical Burgundy at 18€ because we liked it so much, and we're sorry if you don't like it. We always advise our customers by phone or email. You ordered without questioning us. Before making your choice on our site, please do not hesitate to call us. We will be happy to discuss your tastes and recommend wines that suit you. Here's our presentation, which you call "tasting commentary": "A very young (and very small) domaine full of promise, two very competent winemakers who know where they're going with their 5 hectares (organic from the start, courageous!). A very fine white vinified on purpose for immediate tasting. The star of Burgundy wine bars! A very atypical cuvée in the Hautes Côtes de Beaune appellation, with its blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Blanc, designed for immediate tasting.
