Fluet ce qui est rare pour ce domaine

Roucas est en effet la "petite" cuvée de Dominique Hauvette, justement destinée à une consommation plus simple que les autres cuvées. Nous recommandons cependant de l'aérer quelques heures en carafe pour lui permettre de s'ouvrir. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce vin lors de notre dégustation début 2020. Il est certes plus fin que structuré, mais procure un réel plaisir de dégustation. Peut-être s'est-il refermé depuis, laissons-lui un peu de temps en cave pour s'épanouir !
