Robert Parker's Wine Advocate (Neil Martin, août 2017) : 89/100. The 2015 Chablis 1er Cru Mont de Milieu was straightforward, a little simplistic on the nose and not a million miles away from the Vaillons in style. The palate is lightly honeyed on the entry with touches of walnut and a pinch of white pepper, although I would have liked more nervosité and tension to be conveyed on the finish. Hopefully this will evolve more tension. As I mentioned in my introduction, there is no 2016 Mont de Milieu because of hail damage.. Drink date 2018-2026.
