The 2017 Morgon La Voute Saint Vincent hails from the north of the cru where the soils are most granitic, and it’s the tangiest and most tensile wine in the Desvignes cellar, offering up aromas of crunchy cherries, cracked black pepper and licorice, followed by a medium to full-bodied, bright and energetic palate that’s decidedly crunchy and primary. Drink 2019-2029.
