Robert Parker's Wine Advocate (Neil Martin, août 2017) : 89?/100. The 2015 Chablis Grand Cru les Preuses seems very closed on the nose and perhaps too reticent for its own good. The palate is very sharp on the entry but I found a little rawness on this Grand Cru and some attenuation on the finish. At this early stage, my money is certainly on the Vaudésir or Bougros for being the best long-term proposition. This was a strange showing in contrast to Billaud's impressive 2015 grand crus.
