Robert Parker's Wine Advocate (Neil Martin, août 2017) : 90/100. The 2016 Beaujolais Villages Cuvee Vieilles Vignes has a wonderful, detailed bouquet with dark cherries, raspberry and wild strawberry, richer than the Tentation and more sophisticated. The palate is medium-bodied with succulent red cherry fruit complemented by strawberry and a touch of soy. It tapers in a little toward the finish although I suspect this will flesh out once given 12-18 months in bottle. Drink 2018-2025.
