Dear Sir, thank you for sharing your impressions. We're sorry this wine didn't live up to your expectations. With no less than 20 different terroirs in the Côtes du Roussillon, we claim much more than a rather vague AOC, as the Côtes du Rhône from Lyon to Aix-en-Provence may have been a few decades ago: above all, we select a winemaker. Hervé Bizeul is responsible for some of the region's finest wines, and his "petite" cuvée is certainly a little too young to be round and what you'd obviously expect from a Côtes du Roussillon. The previous vintage would have been better suited to your search... or perhaps another winemaker. In short, we could have steered you in the right direction if you were looking for an "already round" cuvée, and it certainly wouldn't have been a 2021.
