Parker's Wine Advocate (Stephan Reinhardt oct.15) : Sourced from the upper, cooler part of the Sommerberg and in the flatter, more north-facing vineyards, the 2013 Riesling reveals a beautifully floral bouquet intermixed with yellow fleshed fruits and the purity and spiciness of the granite soils of Niedermorschwihr. Seductive and aromatic on the palate, this is a very fine, precise and crystalline expression of Riesling with a piquant, tension-filled, long and aromatic finish. Still young though.
